6 FINANCIAL MATTERS
(A) TO NOTE THE ATTACHED FINANCIAL STATEMENT (Appendix A)
(B) *TO CONSIDER THE SUM OF £2000 TO BE DONATED TO MONKTON VILLAGE HALL
An application has been made from Monkton Village Hall Committee for £2000. This is to assist in the total renovation of the toilet block area.
(C) TO AGREE SERCO’S QUOTE FOR GROUNDS MAINTENANCE FOR MONKTON
(Appendix B)
The total cost is £1656.50 plus VAT. The price includes the proposed coming years
requirements for Grounds Maintenance.
