9          Financial Matters
 
a)    To note and agree receipts and payments as listed. (Appendix A)
b)    To note satisfactory conclusion of 2010 Internal Audit & note Internal Auditor’s report.
c)    To consider and agree any amendments to MPC’s systems of internal audit control.  
d)    To approve the Accounts for year ended 31.03.10.
e)    To approve the Statement of Accounts in the Annual Return for year ended 31.03.10.
f)     To approve the Governance Statement in the Annual Return for year ended 31.03.10.
g)    To note Agency & Precept payments for 2010/11.

10        Monkton Recreation Ground
 
The Members should decide whether to pay rent for Monkton Recreation Ground. A letter has been received from TDC which confirms the withdrawal of any rent concession on the Grounds. An invoice for the period between 01.04.10- 30.06.10 for £375.00 has now been requested for the second time.
 
11        Flower Display for the Church
 
            To agree to provide a flower display in the Church for Monkton Open Gardens Weekend,
            as requested by Terry Marsh.
 
12        Councillor Bob Grove
 
            To receive a report from District Councillor Grove.

To consider Councillors’ reports as delegated representatives.
