17/12-13 APOLOGIES FOR ABSENCE
18/12-13 DECLARATIONS OF INTEREST
19/12-13 ACCOUNTS FOR 2011/2012
Cllr Brown confirmed that the original discrepancy with the accounts was due to the VAT element of the unpresented cheque paid to Serco. This however had now been clarified and thus the accounts balanced. It was proposed that the accounts were accepted and could be sent to the Audit Commission in due course. Action SA
20/12-13 PLANNING APPLICATION – ROYAL EXCHANGE
The planning application for a dwelling in the garden of The Royal Exchange was discussed and it was agreed that it falls outside of the village envelope and therefore a letter of objection should be sent on this basis. It was also felt appropriate to note concerns regarding the access to the property.
21/12-13 RECREATION GROUND LEASE
A letter from Sue Burdock of TDC had been received with regard to the lease, requesting payment for the period 1st Oct 2011 – 30th June 2012. It was agreed that a letter of response should be sent to Sue Burdock to inform her that legal advice was being sought on the matter. Action SA
