           To approve the Minutes of the Parish Council Meeting held on 16 July 2012.
 
39/12-13 CHAIRMANS REPORT
          To receive any announcements from the Chairman.

40/12-13         TO DISCUSS AND ADOPT THE KENT MODEL CODE OF CONDUCT
  It is individual Councillors responsibilities to complete and submit the Declaration of Pecuniary    Interests Form to the Monitoring Officer at TDC.  The Clerk should be notified of it’s completion.

41/12-13 FINANCIAL MATTERS
     a)  To note and resolve to agree receipts and payments as listed.  Two Cllr’s to sign cheques.     (Appendix A) 
  b) To note accrued funds from Agency Payments which currently amount to £11,676, which have    been set aside for maintenance and refurbishment of the Rec Ground, in particular the Play Area.

42/12-13 PLANNING (Appendix B)            
 a) To note Planning Applications.
  b) To note the absence of the land opposite the Royal Exchange being registered on the Common   Land Registry

 

 

43/12-13 RECREATION GROUND
  a)  To discuss the status of the repairs to the Play Area and agree schedule of works with regard to   installation of safety flooring, replacement of multigym play ladder, motorbike springer and springer   platforms.

  
  b)  To discuss works to the trees behind the Sports Pavillion
  
  c)  To review the quotations received regarding the installation of CCTV
  
  d)  To discuss the option of placing a barrier to prevent vehicular access to the Rec Ground out of   hours
  
  
  e) To receive an update regarding MYFC payment of rent/addendum to users agreement

  
  f)  To discuss FIT application and update on the current position of the Village SOS grant application   with a view to purchasing the Recreation Ground.
