                        To receive any appropriate updates including issues from the Highways Representative.

 

                        a) Update from the Highways Conference 22nd October.

                        b) Update on the position regarding the Street Lighting Campaign (Roger Latchford?)

 

57/13-14            RECREATION GROUND

                        a)  To receive an update regarding the Children’s Play Area monthly ROSPA inspection.  Written                         record required.

                        (Reminder:  Cllr Davies to attend ROSPA training at Minster PC on 12/2/14)

                        b)  To discuss FIT application and update on the current position of transfer of the Recreation                             Ground to MPC and to note the recent decision by TDC to withdraw Agency funding over a three                                     year period.

                        c)  Update regarding repairs of Pavilion and renewal of User Agreement with MYFC.

                        d)  To receive an update following the MYFC committee meeting.
