                        b)  To discuss FIT application and update on the current position of transfer of the Recreation                             Ground to MPC.

                        c)  Update regarding repairs of Pavilion and renewal of User Agreement.

                        d)  Update regarding the allocation of a unique postcode for the Recreation Ground.

                        e)  To discuss grass cutting contract with Serco and possibility of using Minster Services.

                       

f)   To discuss concerns regarding the ground surface around the pedestrian gate access to playing

                        field.
